Food lovers in Bengaluru can look forward to an indulgent culinary celebration as Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal hosts the “Mane Biryani Festival” at The Hebbal Cafe from May 20 to May 27.

The festival promises an immersive showcase of authentic regional biryanis, featuring traditional recipes, aromatic spices, and slow-cooked preparations that celebrate South India’s rich culinary heritage.

Regional biryanis take centre stage

Curated by Chef Manoj and the hotel’s culinary team, the festival menu includes a wide variety of regional favourites known for their distinct flavours and cooking styles.

Guests can savour specialties such as Donne Chicken Biryani, Hyderabadi Biryani, Batkal Biryani, Nati Biryani, Ambur Biryani, and Chettinad Biryani.

Each dish has been carefully prepared to preserve its authentic regional identity while offering guests a comforting and flavourful dining experience.

Special Mane Biryani brunch planned

As part of the celebrations, the venue will also host a specially curated “Mane Biryani Brunch” on May 24.

The brunch will feature an elaborate buffet combining signature biryanis with multi-cuisine dishes, unlimited mocktails, live music performances, and a family-friendly atmosphere.

Organisers say the event aims to create a festive weekend dining experience for both biryani enthusiasts and families.
