A protest demanding justice for techie Atul Subhash and policeman Tipanna Alagur, who died by suicide after alleged harassment by their wives and in-laws, was held at Freedom Park, Bengaluru, on Sunday.

Organized by the Save Indian Family Foundation (SIFF), the protest aimed to spotlight systemic biases against men and the misuse of certain laws, which they claim lead to family breakdowns and suicides. Participants called for stricter measures against false allegations and criticized alimony practices, terming them “blood money.”

The event included a candlelight vigil to honor the lives lost and emphasized the need for accountability and balanced legal frameworks.
