Poojary’s journey began in 2012 when he collaborated with Zimbabwe’s deputy prime minister to develop iron ore mines. By 2014, he had joined the World Economic Forum, standing alongside Indian industry leaders like Mukesh Ambani and Anand Mahindra under the Confederation of Indian Industry. In 2016, he ventured into spice farming and trading, rapidly becoming a major supplier of spices, vegetables, and fruits across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the USA.
His innovative project in indoor saffron farming, utilizing hydroponics, is set to revolutionize the industry by ensuring consistent yields and superior quality.
