Smart City Project General Manager Arun Prabha inaugurates Office of Sapling Properties, Facilities Pvt Ltd
Mangaluru: Sapling Properties and Facilities Pvt. Ltd’s Office will be located on the Second Floor of Lotus Aditya Complex on Bejai – Kapikad Road in the City and was inaugurated by Smart City Project General Manager Arun Prabha on the evening of Sunday February 19.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that it is commendable that those who have been successful in doing jobs and businesses in India and abroad have set up a construction company with the intention of contributing to their native places. Mangaluru is moving towards development in the industrial sector day by day. It is also making a name for itself in the field of tourism. Boat tourism has been on the rise these days. Success is certain as the objective of the organisation is good,” he said.
Pastor of the Bejai St. Francis Xavier Church J. B. Saldhana who was the Chief Guest, said, “May God give us a boon for the construction of the building. I request the UI creator to ensure that there is no dearth of money, good health and a frank mind to work with,” he said. There are rosewood forests in California, USA. It is special that they grow without succumbing to any natural calamity. Similarly, team spirit is essential for every task.
