Bengaluru: Kouzina Food Tech has launched Mad Over Parathas & Pakodas (MOPP) in Bengaluru, taking the Delhi NCR-based comfort food brand beyond its home market for the first time. The launch marks the beginning of Kouzina’s strategy to expand MOPP across India by leveraging its cloud kitchen network, technology platform and operational expertise.
The expansion follows Kouzina’s strategic investment in MOPP Foods and reflects the company’s focus on scaling regional food brands while maintaining consistency in quality and customer experience.
Kouzina drives MOPP’s national expansion
As part of its growth strategy, Kouzina Food Tech will use its nationwide cloud kitchen infrastructure and technology-led operations to introduce MOPP to customers in multiple cities.
The company said its objective is to preserve the brand’s signature flavours and customer experience while making its range of parathas and pakodas available to a much wider audience.
