Larsen & Toubro’s Buildings & Factories (B&F) business vertical has clinched a significant contract to build a cutting-edge automobile manufacturing facility near Bengaluru. This high-profile project, expected to be developed in accordance with Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) standards, involves a comprehensive scope of work including design, execution of civil, structural, architectural, and Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting (MEPF) services.
The value of the contract is estimated to be between Rs 1,000 crore and Rs 2,500 crore, reflecting the project’s scale and complexity. The plant will serve a prestigious client, underscoring L&T’s reputation for delivering large-scale, technologically advanced industrial projects.
