Mangaluru: The Ashtabandha Brahmakalasotsavam pooja will be held at the Sreegopalakrishna Temple in Shakti Nagar after canceling a religious assembly and cultural program.
The committee has decided to conduct the pooja ceremony from April 18 to April 25, according to the government’s code of conduct.
Social distance, mandatory wearing of masks and fever testing have been made compulsory. High priority will be given to maintain cleanliness. Only rituals of worship will be conducted. Those who do not obey this law do not have access to the temple.
Cancellation of Religious and Cultural Program
The meeting chaired by Brahmakalashotsav Samithi Chairperson Monappa Bhandari today called for the cancellation of the stage and cultural Program, which will be held from April 18 to 25. Devotees should cooperate by strictly adhering to government rules, it was resolved at the meeting.
Brahmakalashotsavam committee president Monappa Bhandari, general secretary H K Purushottam, administrative secretary Shri KC Naik, local corporation member Vanitha Prasad and Shakeela Kawa, and General secretary Ramesh K were present.
