Abu Dhabi, UAE: The IGF Leaders Dinner, hosted at the iconic BAPS Hindu Mandir in Abu Dhabi, served as a powerful platform for fostering unity, collaboration, and innovation among prominent leaders from India and the Middle East. The event, held against the backdrop of the intricately carved Mandir, celebrated the shared values of cultural understanding and interfaith harmony that bind the UAE and India.

The BAPS Hindu Mandir, inaugurated earlier this year by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has rapidly become a symbol of peace and cooperation. Its awe-inspiring design and cultural significance highlight the potential for collaboration between diverse communities. The dinner was attended by eminent personalities, including His Excellency Sunjay Sudhir, Ambassador of India to the UAE, and His Holiness Pujya Brahmavihari Swami of the BAPS Hindu Mandir.

Addressing the gathering, His Holiness Pujya Brahmavihari Swami said:
“Each one of you is a leader in your sphere, but I urge you to listen to your heart. This practice will elevate your leadership to new heights.”

He emphasized the Mandir’s message of mutual trust and harmony, noting its inspiration by the prayers of His Holiness Pramukh Swami Maharaj, the generosity of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and the vision of Prime Minister Modi.

His Excellency Sunjay Sudhir reflected on the Mandir’s cultural and spiritual significance, calling it a beacon of harmony and a testament to the shared aspirations of Indian and UAE leadership:

Manoj Ladwa, Founder and Chairman of IGF, reinforced the dinner’s central theme, stating:

  • Suhel Seth, cultural and leadership expert, underscored the importance of spiritual wellness:

The dinner was a key highlight of IGF ME&A 2024, held under the theme “Limitless Horizons.” The forum has brought together over 200 speakers and 1,000 participants from India, the Middle East, and Africa to explore topics such as global partnerships, innovation, technology, and sustainability.
