Ajman, UAE,: Thumbay Institute of Aesthetics (TIA) at Thumbay University Hospital has announced an expansion of its services, unveiled at its annual International Conference & Awards held at Thumbay Medicity, Ajman.

The conference, themed Shaping the Future of Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery, was attended by Chief Guest Her Excellency Aisha Ibrahim Al Marri, Member of the Federal National Council. During her visit, Her Excellency launched two new offerings at TIA: next generation laser and advanced aesthetic technologies, and the TIA Luxury Skin Collection, the institute’s own skincare range.

The scientific programme, accredited for 7.5 CME hours, brought together plastic surgeons, dermatologists and aesthetic specialists from the UAE and abroad. Sessions covered the ageing face, facial anatomy, fillers, botulinum toxin, J-Plasma, peptides and laser treatments. The day ended with 21 professionals in aesthetics and plastic surgery being honoured for their contribution to the field.

Since opening in late 2024, TIA has treated more than 75,000 clients. This year it extended its services to Thumbay Hospital Fujairah, opened the TIA Wellness & Beauty Store, and launched Blends & Brews Nourish, a wellness café. Together with Gulf Medical University, it also runs more than 20 certification programmes for aesthetic professionals.

The next phase is already planned. TIA will open a Longevity Clinic offering regenerative medicine and IV therapies, a Hair Restoration Clinic, and a flagship institute at the upcoming Thumbay Medicity Dubai.

“Patients come to TIA because they trust care that comes from a university hospital,” said Mr. Akbar Moideen Thumbay, Vice President, Healthcare Division, Thumbay Group. “Longevity, hair restoration and Dubai are our next steps.”

Thumbay Institute of Aesthetics is part of Thumbay University Hospital, Thumbay Medicity, Ajman, and Thumbay Healthcare, the healthcare division of the Thumbay Group.
