Anvesh Ambekallu Enters India Book Of Records For Memorizing Maximum Subjects

Mangaluru: Anvesh Ambekallu, a class 9 student, has made it into the India Book of Records 2024 for memorizing and recalling the maximum number of subjects by a teen. Anvesh, who completed his primary education at Indraprastha Vidyalaya in Uppinangady and is currently studying at Swaroopa Adhyayana Kendra (SAK) in Mangaluru, achieved this feat using the ‘Shodashavadhana’ technique.

SAK director Gopadkar shared with reporters on Friday that Anvesh memorized 16 subjects provided by 16 resource persons simultaneously while also managing distractions. During the record attempt, Anvesh solved a Rubik’s Cube, counted grains, and memorized various topics, including names of books, questions, numbers, objects, pictures, songs, sounds, creative arts, and the reactions of spectators.

The attempt was observed by a gazetted officer from the education department. Anvesh, the son of engineer Madhusudhan Ambekallu and teacher Tejasvi Ambekallu, is also skilled in classical music, mimicry, violin recital, and art. Remarkably, he has already completed the syllabus of class 10 within a month despite being in class 9.
