Mangaluru: Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, a unit of Father Muller Charitable Institutions, will host its 36th Graduation Ceremony on April 16, 2026, at 10.00 a.m. at the Father Muller Convention Centre, Kankanady. The event marks a significant academic milestone, celebrating the achievements of students graduating in Homoeopathic medicine.
The ceremony will bring together graduating students, faculty members, dignitaries, and families in a formal event that highlights academic excellence and professional commitment in the field of Homoeopathy.
Chief guests to grace the occasion
The ceremony will be attended by distinguished chief guests, including Dr K. S. Gangadhara Somayaji, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), Mangaluru, and Dr Tarkeshwar Jain, Chairman of the National Commission for Homoeopathy, New Delhi.
Their presence is expected to add prestige to the event, inspiring graduates as they step into the professional world of healthcare.
Over 100 students to receive degrees
A total of 111 students will graduate during the ceremony, including 92 undergraduate (BHMS) interns and 19 postgraduate (MD Homoeopathy) students. The graduation programme will include the conferment of degrees, administration of the professional oath, and recognition of academic accomplishments.
The Father Muller Charitable Institutions President’s Gold Medal will be awarded to the Best Outgoing Undergraduate student, recognising exceptional academic performance.

Several awards will be presented to outstanding students across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. These include:

In addition, students have secured notable academic honours, including 8 institutional prizes and 17 subject-wise prizes across undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The institution has also recorded significant achievements at the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), with 4 undergraduate and 12 postgraduate university ranks.
A gold medal in Homoeopathic Materia Medica and a Quality MD Dissertation Award, conferred by the Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy (CCRH), further highlight the academic excellence of the institution’s students.
Accreditation achievements strengthen reputation
Adding to its accomplishments, Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital has recently received NABH AYUSH Entry Level accreditation, valid from January 6, 2026, to January 5, 2028. This recognition reflects the institution’s adherence to quality standards in healthcare delivery.
Furthermore, the institution’s medical laboratory has been accredited by NABL for the period from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2030, reinforcing its commitment to maintaining high standards in diagnostic services.
