Mangaluru:Â Father Muller Medical College Hospital (FMMCH) is excited to announce the observance of Hair Care Week from 27 May to 1 June 2024.
During this week, the Department of Dermatology, Venereology, and Leprosy, led by Dr Jacintha Martis, Professor and HOD, will offer a range of services addressing hair loss and excessive body hair.
Dr Jacintha Martis highlighted the department’s commitment to advanced hair care solutions, stating, “As we observe Hair Care Week, we are pleased to provide services such as Trichoscopy, Trichogram, and Scalp Biopsy for a detailed analysis of hair loss…”
 “…Additionally, we offer PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) Therapy, which effectively promotes hair growth in cases of male and female pattern hair loss and chronic hair loss.”
In response to concerns about excessive body hair, FMMCH has introduced the Soprano Ice Platinum Diode hair removal device.
