Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor were seen inspecting the progress of their upcoming residence in Mumbai recently. Footage capturing their visit, including them entering the multi-story building and surveying the ongoing work, circulated on social media through paparazzi and fan channels.
One video, shared by a paparazzo, shows Alia conversing with the team of architects and interior designers, dressed in a white jacket and pink shorts. Ranbir, similarly dressed casually in white and orange attire, engaged with the team separately.

The couple, along with their daughter Raha, are preparing to move into their new abode in the coming months, aiming to celebrate Diwali 2024 there. According to insiders, the bungalow’s construction is nearing completion, with finishing touches expected to conclude within a month, signaling the imminent move-in for the family.
Previously, Ranbir, accompanied by his mother Neetu Kapoor, and Alia had made several visits to the property, reportedly named Krishna Raj after Ranbir’s late grandmother. Before the passing of Rishi Kapoor in 2020, he too had visited the site.
Alia and Ranbir exchanged vows on April 14, 2022, at their current Mumbai residence, a luxurious apartment in Vastu building, following years of courtship. Two months after their wedding, they joyfully announced Alia’s pregnancy, culminating in the birth of their daughter Raha in November 2022. The family has since been residing together at Vastu.
