Popular comedian Bharti Singh has revealed the heartwarming and humorous reason behind calling her newborn son ‘Kaju’, a nickname that has already won fans’ hearts.
Speaking on her podcast with husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa, Bharti shared that the name came from an adorable moment during her sonography appointment.
A tiny dot and a big imagination
Bharti explained that during her pregnancy, she and Haarsh took along their elder son Gola — whose official name is Lakshya — to the hospital for a sonography session.
While watching the monitor, little Gola tried to identify the baby on the screen. However, all he could see was a tiny dot. According to Bharti, the curious child excitedly declared that it looked like a ‘kaju’ (cashew).
“He started shouting, ‘You have eaten a cashew, there is a cashew in your stomach,’” Bharti recalled with laughter. The playful chaos around the word ‘Kaju’ grew so much that the family began referring to the baby by that nickname.
Official name revealed
For those unaware, the couple officially named their second son Yashveer. However, ‘Kaju’ remains his affectionate pet name at home.
Bharti recently shared a glimpse of the newborn in her vlog but chose not to reveal his full face. She gave fans a tiny sneak peek by showing only his lips, saying they are “exactly like Gola’s”.
A growing family
Bharti and Haarsh welcomed their second son on December 19. The couple’s first child, Lakshya, fondly called Gola, was born in 2022.
The comedian’s candid parenting moments and family anecdotes continue to delight her followers, proving that sometimes the sweetest names come from the simplest childhood imagination.
