Abhishek Bachchan’s latest film, I Want To Talk, directed by Shoojit Sircar, premiered on November 22, garnering critical acclaim for its depth and Abhishek’s remarkable performance. While audience appreciation is high, the movie’s box office returns remain modest. Amid the buzz, Amitabh Bachchan shared a heartfelt blog post celebrating his son’s artistry and reflecting on life’s deeper truths.

Praising the film, Big B wrote, “Some movies entertain, but this one draws you in, making you part of its soul. I Want To Talk doesn’t let you escape into fantasy—it immerses you completely. Abhishek doesn’t act; he becomes Arjun Sen.”

Referencing his father Harivanshrai Bachchan’s poetry, he quoted:
“अच्छे ने अच्छा और, बुरे ने बुरा जाना मुझे,
जिसकी जितनी जरूरत थी, उसने उतना ही पहचाना मुझे।”

He elaborated, “People see goodness or flaws in you based on their own needs. This perception reflects them, not your reality. What they see is dictated by their need to define you as good or bad.”

In closing, he added, “Your understanding of someone isn’t their truth; it’s the extent of your need to perceive them. This applies to both life and art. Recognizing this brings clarity and humor to how we see the world.”

Abhishek’s transformation into Arjun Sen has not just set a new standard for his career but also sparked introspection among audiences.
