Nashik: In a Bollywood fan fervor gone awry, enthusiasts of actor Salman Khan disrupted the screening of his film ‘Tiger 3’ at Mohan Cinema in the Malegaon Chhavni area. The incident, which unfolded on Sunday night, saw a group of fans igniting firecrackers inside the theatre, leading to panic among the audience.
The local police are in the process of filing charges under sections 435 (mischief by fire or explosive substance with intent to cause damage) and 336 (act endangering life or personal safety of others) of the Indian Penal Code. The identities of the individuals responsible for the chaos are yet to be established.
Preceding the firecracker incident, reports suggest that a separate group of moviegoers had caused a disturbance outside the theatre. The police are conducting a comprehensive investigation into both incidents to ascertain the motives and individuals involved in the disruptive activities.
This is complete insanity, and dangerous, risking lives.👇
