Celebrated for her love of authentic Indian cuisine, the Badhaai Ho star frequently shares glimpses of homemade culinary delights. Earlier, she shared a heartfelt conversation with her daughter, designer Masaba Gupta, offering insights on resilience and the unmatched strength of women.
In the video, Masaba posed a question to her mother, asking, “Mom, what’s the one thing you always tell me when I cry without reason?” Neena reflected on her early days as a mother, recounting a poignant moment of perseverance. She shared, “After you were born, I experienced intense pain and loneliness. I vividly remember nursing you while tears rolled down my face due to a terrible headache.”
Quoting a timeless Hindi verse, Neena said, “Nari teri yahi kahani, aanchal mein hai doodh aur aankhon mein paani,” emphasizing the unwavering fortitude women demonstrate in adversity. “This line encapsulates a woman’s essence—her unmatched ability to nurture and endure,” she added.
