Actor, director, and producer Rakshit Shetty faces legal trouble once again following an FIR filed against him and his production company, Paramvah Studio. The complaint alleges copyright infringement related to their latest film, ‘Bachelor Party,’ which premiered on Amazon Prime in March 2024.

According to reports, the complaint states that the movie included songs ‘Omme Ninnannu’ and ‘Nyaya Ellide’ without proper permissions from the copyright holder, Naveen Kumar of MRT Music. Earlier negotiations regarding the use of these songs reportedly failed to reach an agreement.

This incident echoes previous accusations against Shetty, particularly involving his film ‘Kirik Party,’ which was previously accused of using a tune originally attributed to composer Hamsalekha without authorization.

Following Naveen Kumar’s formal complaint filed at Yeshwantpur police station, authorities have registered an FIR and initiated an investigation into the matter, underscoring the gravity with which allegations of copyright infringement are being addressed.
