Bollywood superstar Salman Khan once again charmed fans, this time with a heartwarming moment involving children, as a candid video from Goa went viral on social media.
Salman Khan was in Goa on Saturday to attend the engagement ceremony of his nephew Ayaan Agnihotri, who got engaged to his longtime partner Tina Rijhwani. Ayaan is the son of Salman’s sister Alvira Agnihotri and actor-producer Atul Agnihotri.
A moment that melted hearts
As Salman arrived at the venue, a group of excited children were seen waiting eagerly to catch a glimpse of the actor. Some of them were even holding handmade cards for him. Instead of walking past, Salman paused to greet the children, smiling warmly and acknowledging them with his trademark ease.
What truly delighted fans was his reaction when the children affectionately called him “maamu”. The actor appeared visibly touched, responding with gentle humour and warmth — a moment that quickly became the highlight of the viral clip.
Fans shower praise online
The video sparked a flood of reactions online, with fans praising Salman Khan’s natural affection towards children.
“Salman Khan walking with pure love for his fans,” one user commented. Another wrote, “How cute!” while a third summed it up saying, “Sabki jaan, Bhaijaan.”
The moment reinforced Salman’s long-standing image as someone who shares a special bond with young fans, often stopping to interact with them even at busy public events.
Ayaan Agnihotri’s musical journey
Salman has also been supportive of Ayaan’s growing musical career. The duo previously collaborated on the song You Are Mine, composed by Vishal Mishra, in which Ayaan featured as a rapper. Ayaan has since released his single Universal Laws and is currently working on his debut EP.
What’s next for Salman Khan
On the professional front, Salman Khan is gearing up for Battle of Galwan, a major war drama inspired by the real-life clash between Indian and Chinese soldiers in the Galwan Valley. The film is scheduled for a theatrical release on April 17, 2026.
