Coimbatore: Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently returned to the Isha Yoga Centre, five years after she first began visiting the spiritual centre, and used the occasion to reflect on personal growth, mentors and the continuing journey of self-discovery.

Sharing a series of pictures from her latest visit on social media, Samantha offered followers a glimpse of a quiet and reflective Sunday. The actor explored the centre, spent time with calves, participated in rituals and enjoyed a meal during her visit.

Samantha shares a message on growth

“Find the people and places that expand you,” Samantha wrote alongside the photographs.

Her post reflected on how her visits to the centre have influenced her over the years. Looking back at the last five years, she said there was a time when she believed she had understood herself — including her strengths, limitations and boundaries.

However, Samantha said the past five years had taught her otherwise. Each visit, she suggested, had brought greater curiosity and opened up new possibilities for personal growth.

The actor said she often leaves the centre feeling that there is still much more to learn, change and become. Her words highlighted her belief that personal development is not something that reaches a definitive endpoint.

Samantha poses with Sadhguru

Among the photographs shared by Samantha was a picture of her posing with Sadhguru. Other images captured the natural surroundings of the centre and moments from her visit.

She also visited the Linga Bhairavi Temple located within the Isha Yoga Centre. The temple holds special significance for Samantha as it was the location of her private wedding to filmmaker Raj Nidimoru in December 2025.

The couple had a private yogic ceremony at the centre, marking the beginning of another important chapter in Samantha’s personal life.

‘Keep becoming’, Samantha says

Samantha also spoke about the importance of mentors and the influence they can have on an individual’s journey.

According to the actor, the right mentors do not necessarily tell people who they should become. Instead, they remind them that there is always more to discover and that the journey of growth never truly ends.

“They’re fuel in the tank,” Samantha wrote, encouraging her followers to find people and places that inspire personal development.

“Find those people. Find those places. Keep becoming,” she added.

Her message resonated with the broader theme of her post, which centred on remaining open to change rather than assuming that one’s identity and limitations are permanently defined.

Samantha enters a new phase of life

The reflective post comes as Samantha enters another significant phase of her life. The actor and Raj Nidimoru are expecting their first child later this year. The couple announced the pregnancy in June, months after their December wedding.

Samantha and Raj had known each other professionally before their relationship became public. She worked with Raj Nidimoru and his creative partner DK on The Family Man 2 in 2021 and later collaborated with them on Citadel: Honey Bunny in 2024.

Rumours about Samantha and Raj’s relationship began circulating in 2024, while the actor gradually began sharing more glimpses of their time together in 2025.

Their wedding was an intimate ceremony rooted in yoga and tradition. Samantha later confirmed her pregnancy after she was seen with a baby bump at an event related to Maa Inti Bangaaram.

Actor takes another break from work

Samantha has also spoken about taking another break from professional commitments as she prepares for motherhood. This follows an earlier period away from work after she was diagnosed with myositis.

Her latest visit to the Isha Yoga Centre therefore comes at a particularly reflective point in her life, with personal and professional changes shaping a new chapter.

Through her social media note, Samantha appeared to embrace that uncertainty rather than view it as something to be resolved. Her message was centred on remaining curious, finding people who encourage growth and continuing to evolve.

For an actor who has spent years in the public eye, the post offered a quieter glimpse into her perspective on change and self-discovery. Her visit also returned her to a place that has already played an important role in her life, making the photographs and reflections particularly meaningful for her followers.
