Shwetha Patil, born in Davangere, discovered her passion for fashion early on. With a B.Tech background, she pursued her dreams with determination, earning numerous accolades such as Mrs. Karnataka and Mrs. Davangere. Her proudest achievement came when she won Ys International Fashion Week (YIFW), being crowned Mrs. National Fashion Icon of India 2024. She also received awards for Best Walk and Style Icon, highlighting her influence in the fashion world.
Inspired by her mother, Shwetha believes in overcoming challenges with resilience. Viewing marriage as a turning point, she focuses on her goals despite obstacles, guided by her mantra, “Ignoring Negativity, Focusing On Positivity.” Outside of her career, Shwetha enjoys dancing and singing, especially Bollywood melodies by Sonu Nigam, Shreya Ghoshal, and Sudeep. She loves traveling to Goa and finds solace in homemade cuisine.
Under the mentorship of Dr. Yash Ramu, founder of Ys International Fashion Week, Shwetha continues to evolve professionally. She embraces the impact of technology on fashion, adopting an evolving approach to her style. Her career highlights include becoming a mother and balancing personal and professional life.
