MUMBAI: Bollywood actor Govinda was hospitalised early this morning after he reportedly fainted at his residence in Mumbai’s Juhu area around 1 a.m. The 60-year-old actor was immediately given medication after a telephonic consultation and was then rushed to the CritiCare Hospital, located close to his home.

According to the actor’s friend and legal advisor Lalit Bindal, Govinda underwent several medical tests and is currently waiting for the reports. Providing an update on his condition, his manager Shashi Sinha shared that the actor had been advised to see a neurologist after experiencing a severe headache and dizziness before losing consciousness.
