New Delhi: New Delhi upcoming web series Matka King, starring Vijay Varma, is set to premiere on April 17 on Prime Video, the makers announced on Sunday.
The series is directed by Nagraj Manjule and created and written by Abhay Koranne. It is produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur along with Nagraj Manjule, Gargi Kulkarni, Ashwini Sidwani and Ashish Aryan under the banners of Roy Kapur Films, Aatpat and SMR Productions.

Matka King follows the journey of Brij Bhatti, played by Vijay Varma, a sharp and ambitious cotton trader navigating the rapidly changing socio-economic landscape of 1960s Bombay.
