But excessive excitement can frequently result in mishaps, like dropping a new phone right after it’s been unboxed. In a related incident, a girl dropped a brand-new iPhone while unpacking, and her response went viral on social media.
In the video, the youngster is shown accepting a present, and when she realized it was an iPhone, her excitement skyrocketed. She let out a scream, gave a loud shout, and shook the box to get the new phone.
Her enthusiasm soon gave way to fear, though, as she dropped the iPhone while trying to take it out of the box. She later tried to calm her down by reminding her to be careful, but it seems that her father was as shocked, yelling, “Are you kidding me… She’s had it 10 seconds” to her daughter. The girl, however, broke down in tears and stormed out of her room.
With 62,000 likes and over 6 million views, the old video got viral very fast. It rapidly sparked a range of responses, most of which were directed at her father for scolding her after she dropped the phone.
“My dad was far too strict. She became enthusiastic like a child. After all, it’s just a phone, thus it can be fixed,” an Instagram user wrote. “She’s an excited child who made an honest mistake,” remarked a second commenter. She will remember her father’s reprimands for something she couldn’t control more than that phone. Seeing that phone fall wounded my wallet, but seeing the joy taken from her in that way crushed my heart. Stupid child”
On social media, a lot of people added, though, that the girl asked for the “accident” by shaking the box to open it. “The way she was shaking it, she deserved it! Never feel sorry for her,” I said.
“Man people nowadays are so soft. She made a stupid mistake and received a proper reaction, she has to learn from her mistakes. He didn’t insult her at all. Don’t be soft, that kid deserved to cry and then she’ll learn to be more careful. Nothing wrong with that,” another person wrote.
