Kannada superstar Yash, known for his blockbuster KGF franchise, is taking on a bold new venture with his 19th film, Toxic. Nayanthara stars opposite Yash as the female lead, stepping in after reports suggested Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan exited the project.
