Mangaluru: “Three Days Training on DCET 2023” was organized in the Department of Civil Engineering at St Joseph Engineering College, Vamanjoor from 31 Aug. to 2 Sep. 2023.

The program aimed to equip students with knowledge from all the branches who have completed the Diploma in the year 2023 and are willing to write current year DCET (Karnataka Diploma CET Exam 2023).

After a briefing about the training and a short introduction by the program coordinator, Rohith Prakash, the training program began on schedule and continued for the remaining days. The subjects were scheduled as per the syllabus of DCET 2023 and contents were delivered by domain experts from various departments.

Two-and-a-half-day training ended with concluding remarks from The Head of the Dept of Civil Engineering, Dr Yajnheswaran B, and was followed by a campus tour where students visited the labs, facilities and amenities of SJEC.
Mock DCET 2023” was conducted on the afternoon session of Third Day from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Out of 39 registered students, 21 students turned up and benefited from the training provided.

The three-day training conducted by faculty and experts from various disciplines helped equip students with the knowledge and courage to face DCET 2023.
