Mangaluru: Rangers and Traffic warden Squad, in association with Sports and Games Association, St Agnes College (Autonomous), organised a guest lecture on General Safety and Life Saving on Feb 25, 2023. Lawren Maria Castelino, Convenor Rangers and Traffic Warden Squad welcomed the resource person Lion Lancy Carlo, PMJF, Lions Club Mangalore, Balmatta.
Lion Lancy Carlo shared his life experiences. He discussed different topics such as hazards, breathing, and up to what extent the human body contains heat and choking. This session was helpful as the students got to know what exactly can be done during an emergency.
The session ended with a series of queries from the students. Vasudha.S Physical Education instructor delivered the vote of thanks. The programme was compered by Firdos Banu.
