Mangaluru: Mangalore University Vice Chancellor Prof. P Subrahmanya Yadapadithaya has been honoured with prestigious ‘Vice Chancellor of the Year 2022’. He has emerged among top 50 Vice Chancellors of the country. The award is conferred by Universal Mentor Association in association with Brain Wonders at the Second Higher Education Innovation and Technology Summit held at New Delhi on Saturday August 27.
He was recognised for his various academic activities and for the initiatives taken during Covid – 19 pandemic. Prof. P. Subrahmanya Yadapadithaya, in his remarks said that credit for receiving this National Award goes to university syndicate, academic council, deans, chairpersons, principals of all six constituent colleges, teaching and non-teaching staff, researchers, students and good will of the people of Kodagu, Udupi and Dakshina Kannada Districts.
