Mangaluru: YENRAD 2023, A national level Medical Imaging Conference was held at Yenepoya (Deemed to be University).
The Medical Imaging Technology unit of Yenepoya School of Allied Health Sciences organised a national-level Medical Imaging Conference on the theme “Artificial Intelligence and Future Prospects of Medical Imaging” in Yendurance zone, Yenepoya (Deemed to be University) Mangalore on December 9.
More than 400 delegates from by all over the country participated in the conference. The event was presided by Dr B. H. Sripathi Rao, Pro Vice Chancellor, Yenepoya (Deemed to be University).
Dr Praveen Shastry, Head of Technical and Clinical Academics at Manipal Healthmap, Head of Clinical Excellence – 5C network and Director – of Orange Diagnostics was the chief guest.
Dr Habib Rahaman A A Prof. cum Medical Superintendent of YMCH and Dr Ravichandra G, Prof. Dept of Radiodiagnosis and Medical Imaging, YMCH were the Guest of Honor.
Dr Sunita Saldanha, Dean, YAHP welcomed the gathering and Vashist Baburao Mhalsekar, Program Coordinator, MIT gave the vote of thanks.
Oral presentations, poster presentations and quiz competitions were held for the participants and the prize winners were awarded.
