Pradesh Catholic Sabha Bondel elects Office Bearers 2024-25.

Mangaluru: The Bondel unit of Catholic Sabha elected its office bearers for the year 2024–2025 at the St Lawrence Church, Bondel, mini-hall on Sunday, March 10, 2024.

A prayer led by the Catholic Sabha Association members, a hymn honouring the Holy Spirit, and a passage from the Bible preceded the programme. The Vice President, Herold Pinto, welcomed everyone to the event. The Election Officer and Observer were introduced by Wilfred Alvares –President City Varado.

The City Varado Executive Committee assigned Victor Correa, the Election Officer from Derebail Parish, and Denis D’Souza, the Observer from Vamanjoor Parish, to supervise the election. Denis D’Souza read the election rules.

The vote of thanks was presented by Veronica Pais. A hymn of thanksgiving concluded the election. All members were present for the elction.

The election for each of the posts was unanimous.

The new office bearers are:
President – Stephen D’Silva
Vice President – Herold Pinto
Secretary – Lynet Pinto
Joint Secretary – Hilda D’Souza
Treasurer – Manish Mascarenhas
Sthri Hitha Sanchalaki – Victoria D’Cunha
Amcho Sandesh Representative – Melwin Crasta
Samuday Abivruddi Sanchalak – Richard Tauro
Rajakiya Sanchalak – Colin Miranda
Yuvajan Hitha Sanchalak – Jason Fernandes
Immediate Past President – Henbert Pinto.

Congratulations to the newly elected Catholic Sabha office bearers on assuming your roles; may your commitment and faith guide you in fostering a strong and compassionate community. May God bless each of you as you carry out your responsibilities with devotion and love.

The new office bearers take charge from April, 2024.
