Mangaluru: Mangalore City High School headmasters and Pre University College Principals committee, Mangalore D.K [MCHMPA] Aloysius Dsouza [President] and Matilda Dcosta [Secretary] welcomed all educational get together to honour SSLC 2022 Topper achiever students, 100% results achieved by the school heads, Retired heads and distribution of Scholarship of Stany Francis Baretto.
This programme was held on 23-06-2022 at 10:00 am at Rosario Cultural Sabhabhavana Mangalore. From 9:00 am – 10:00 am the people registered and breakfast was provided. The programme began with prayer and nada geete by students of Rosario High school. All people were welcomed through a welcome dance by students of Rosario high school. The inauguration of the programme was done by Fr Alfred J. Pinto, Inauguration of the programme was Rev. Fr Alfred J Pinto [Priest of Rosario Cathedral Church], and the Main guest was S.L. Bojegowda [Member of Vidhana Parishad, teaching stream], Good wishes by Sudhakara k. [Deputy Director (Developement) Sa.Sha.E D.K district], Jayavanthi and Jayashree these were also present for the programme and the guest was Stany Francis Baretto [Graduate Assistants, Milagres high school Mangalore]. Rev. Fr Alfred J pinto inventor of the programme gave the message. He said that teachers are doing a fabulous job, noble work and their encouragement to the students is great. They find out the talents in children and help them blossom and the new concept of NEP is a way to change our attitude and lifestyle.
This was followed by the honoring. First honours to retired heads and message by main guest S.L. Bojegowda. He said that D.K is giving the proper education and all the facilities should be given in form of education. All children should be given compulsory education till 21 years as per government rules. All the possible help should be given to MCHMPA.
Infrastructure should be good for good education and teachers are able to bring changes in society through education. Then honours were for SSLC 2022 Topper achiever students and a message was given by Sudhakar K. He said through teachers it is possible to create the best society. D.K has prestigious schools and they are known for their educational quality. Their toil in making the all students shine is praiseworthy. Many students have scored 625 marks which is remarkable. And finally, honours were for 100% results achieved by the school heads. The scholarship was distributed and message by Stany Francis Baretto. He said that good nature, good belief and respect these three things should be there in families and this is all I pray and wish for.
He contributed of Rs.90,000 for scholarships to the students and Rs.40,000 as a sponsor for today’s programme. Welcome speech by Aloysius Dsouza [President]. Matilda Dcosta [Secretary]. M.C gave the Vote of thanks. MC was done by Sr Anitha Dsouza and Shanthi Lobo. This was followed by the National Anthem and then everyone was given lunch.
