Infant Jesus Shrine celebrates India’s 75th Independence Day

Mangaluru: Infant Jesus Shrine Bikarnakatte, Mangalore, celebrated 75th Independence Day with all enthusiasm. Dr. Cyprian Montheiro Ph.D, K.E.S, Joint Director of Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Chikmagalur and Kodagu district, was chief Guest. In his message, he invited all youth to study well and add to the development of our nation. He invited parents to guide their children well so that they may  not fall into vices.

He called the children to keep aside Mobile phones and read newspapers and gain deep knowledge of the subject they study. He gave a clarion call to all to build our nation which is result of sacrifice of thousands of freedom fighters. Fr. Rovel, Director of the Shrine, Fr. Charles Superior of the monastery, other Fathers, Brothers and large gathering of faithful we present.
