Vatican City: Jesvita Princy Quadras from Angelore parish participated in the opening ceremony of the Synod 2021-23 on Synodality- as a decisive theme for the life and mission of the Church, a two-year journey (2021-2023) of reflection and sharing of the whole Church, which took place at Vatican City from October 9-10. Pope Francis opened the Synod which is the first offline meeting of the international youth advisory body. 22-year-old Jesvita is the daughter of Vincent and Sharlet Quadras and was one of the three delegates from Asia and the only one from India. She was the National President of YCS YSM from 2016-19 and has been a member of the international youth advisory body since 2019. 20 young people from different countries are part of the international youth advisory body.
