Mangaluru: MLA Vedavyas Kamath inaugurated the new park at Dattanagara in Shakthinagar here.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA Kamath said that Mangaluru Urban Development Authority has planned to construct new parks and develop parks in the City. The construction of parks in major centres of the City is benefitting the public and the concept of Green Mangalore is also being encouraged, he said.
Mangaluru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) is also working on the development of lakes which are in a dilapidated condition. Special steps have been taken for the development of parks and lakes through the Urban Development Authority, he added.

Sharma, Karunaikara, Rajesh, Prashanth, Praveen Shetty, Vinay Kumar, Lalitha, Bhavya, Manjula, Nalini, latha, Amrutha, Samana and others were present on the occasion.
