Mangaluru: Eminent Kannada Film Actor Ramesh Bhatt has been chosen for the prestigious state-level Rotary Annual “Vandana Award – 2023” in recognition of his invaluable contributions, in the field of Entertainment and Sandalwood film industry. The award is jointly instituted by the Rotary Club of Mangalore Central and the Rotaract Club of Mangalore City, which will be conferred on Ramesh Bhatt in appreciation of his exemplary achievements in the field of the Kannada Film Industry. The award comprises a citation, plaque and memento.
Dr Sathish Bhandary, Vice Chancellor (Nitte Deemed to be University) will grace the occasion as Chief Guest and will felicitate the Awardee in a function on Wednesday 3 May at 8 pm at Hotel Moti Mahal, Mangaluru. President of Rotary Club of Mangalore Central Rtn. Saibaba Rao will preside over the function. Rotary Dist. Assistant Governor Rtn. PHF Rajgopal Rai and Rtr. Nikhil R.K., RID 3181 District Rotaract Representative 2022-23 will be the guest of honour on this occasion.
