Hassan was shaken by a shocking daylight shooting incident that left one person dead and another taking his own life. The incident unfolded in the Hoysala Nagar in the city around 12:30 pm on Thursday.
According to reports, gunfire erupted, resulting in the death of one individual. The other person involved in the incident then died by apparent suicide. The bodies were found near a car, with one inside the vehicle and the other outside.

Superintendent of Police Mohammed Sujitha arrived at the scene to oversee the investigation. Fingerprint experts and FSL (Forensic Science Laboratory) personnel conducted a thorough examination of the area.
Speaking to the media, SP Sujitha confirmed that one person was shot dead, while the other died by suicide. The exact cause of the incident remains under investigation.
