Late on Sunday night, the residence of former MP L R Shivarame Gowda in the city was reportedly targeted by unidentified miscreants, who allegedly threw eggs at the property. This incident occurred against the backdrop of the circulation of an audio clip linked to the ongoing Hassan serial sex abuse case.

A case has been lodged at the Chennamanakere Achukattu police station in connection with the attack. Authorities are currently reviewing CCTV footage as part of their investigation to identify the perpetrators responsible for the vandalism.

The sex abuse case, which implicates absconding JD(S) MP Prajwal Revanna, has taken a significant turn with the emergence of a purported audio recording. In the audio, Shivarame Gowda is allegedly heard instructing BJP leader G Devaraje Gowda to distribute pen drives containing explicit videos purportedly involving Prajwal. This revelation has intensified scrutiny and raised concerns about the veracity of the allegations.

As investigations continue, authorities are working diligently to unravel the complexities of this case and bring those responsible for the vandalism to justice.
