HUBBALLI, Dec 16: In response to the anticipated surge in passenger traffic, the Railway Board has announced the operation of special trains between Mysuru and Danapur for three trips in each direction.
Train Schedule:
- Mysuru-Danapur Express Special (Train No. 06207):
Departure from Mysuru at 4:30 PM on January 18, February 15, and March 1 (Saturdays)
Arrival at Danapur at 10:00 AM on Tuesdays. - Danapur-Mysuru Express Special (Train No. 06208):
Departure from Danapur at 1:45 AM on January 22, February 19, and March 5 (Wednesdays)
Arrival at Mysuru at 3:00 PM on Fridays.
The trains will have multiple stoppages en route at key stations, including Mandya, KSR Bengaluru, Yesvantpur, Tumakuru, Ballari Cantt., Hosapete, Vijayapura, Solapur, Ahmadnagar, Bhusaval, Jabalpur, Prayagraj Chheoki, and many more.
Train Composition:
- 22 LHB coaches, including:
- 12 AC-Three Tier
- 6 second class sleeper
- 2 general second class
- 2 luggage-cum-guard coaches.
These special trains aim to ease the extra rush during peak pilgrimage season.
