It appears that no amount of Hollywood magic—or a hefty paycheck—can reunite Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie on the silver screen. Despite an ambitious pitch for a steamy romance film, Pitt has made it crystal clear: sharing screen space with Jolie is not an option.
The concept, spearheaded by producer Danny Rossner (known for 2001: A Space Travesty), envisions Pitt, 60, as hotel magnate Emmanuel Martinez and Jolie, 49, as Emma Digard, the passionate mistress who ignites Martinez’s desires. The storyline reportedly includes intense love scenes, described as “torrid yet tasteful.”
However, Pitt’s stance remains firm. “All the money in the world wouldn’t get Brad to appear in a movie with Angelina ever again,” an insider told DailyMail.com. While the project could spark significant public interest, Pitt remains uninterested in revisiting his past, especially with his estranged ex-wife.
Pitt and Jolie, once Hollywood’s golden couple, famously met on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith nearly two decades ago. The duo wed in 2014 and share six children: Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Knox and Vivienne. Jolie filed for divorce in 2016 after a contentious incident aboard a private jet, which triggered ongoing personal and legal battles.
For now, it seems the Hollywood chapter of Brangelina is permanently closed, both on-screen and off.
