Noopur said increasing protein intake through food and supplements helped improve satiety, energy and routine.

Ate more, not less

She revealed that instead of starving herself, she switched to six small balanced meals a day.

According to her, eating regularly worked better than crash dieting and helped repair her relationship with food.
