Comedian and actor Sunil Pal has been missing for several hours, prompting his wife to file a missing person complaint with the Santacruz Police Station in Mumbai. Sunil Pal, who had traveled outside Mumbai for a show, informed his wife that he would return home on Tuesday. However, after repeated attempts to contact him were unsuccessful, his wife sought police assistance to locate him.
Sunil Pal is best known for winning The Great Indian Laughter Challenge in 2005 and has also appeared in Bollywood films like Hum Tum (2004) and Phir Hera Pheri (2006), in addition to his popular stand-up routines.
The police have launched an investigation, and the search for the comedian continues.
