Congress and SP Backed by Jihadis Across Border: PM Modi

Narendra Modi (2)

Prime Minister Narendra Modi once again criticized the opposition coalition, INDIA Bloc, alleging connections to external “Jihadis” and advocating for “Vote Jihad.” Speaking at a campaign rally in Bansgaon and Deoria Lok Sabha constituencies, he accused Congress and the Samajwadi Party of promoting regressive agendas instead of focusing on national development.

Modi claimed that Pakistan was offering prayers for the success of the INDIA alliance and accused them of receiving support from Jihadis across the border. He asserted that the coalition’s agenda included reinstating Article 370 in Kashmir and repealing the Citizenship (Amendment) Act, which grants citizenship to Partition victims, insinuating alignment with anti-India sentiments.

Highlighting the Samajwadi Party’s past manifesto promises for Muslim reservation equal to Dalits and alleging dynastic politics, Modi contrasted their governance with the current administration led by Yogi Adityanath. He claimed that under the BJP’s rule, the influence of mafias had diminished, replaced by initiatives for the welfare of the poor.

He highlighted BJP’s commitment to strengthening India’s defense sector. He asserted that the upcoming phase of Lok Sabha elections in Purvanchal would mark a significant shift against the INDIA Bloc.
