The Delhi Police on Wednesday arrested one Ankit Goyal for death-threatening graffiti against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal at a metro station, news agency ANI reported.
The 33-year-old suspect was under investigation by the Metro Unit of Delhi Police, who had filed an FIR regarding the incident.
This arrest follows the Delhi Police’s announcement on Tuesday that a man had been captured on CCTV cameras writing the threatening messages.

On Monday, the police registered an FIR and launched an investigation after discovering graffiti with the AAP national convenor’s name inside metro trains and at metro stations.
“Footage from CCTV cameras shows a young man writing on signboards and coaches. He is believed to be the same individual who posted photos of the graffiti on his Instagram account,” an officer stated.
