MADURAI: In a determined push to bring back students who have dropped out between Classes 6 and 12, Virudhunagar district officials led by Collector VP Jeyaseelan have launched a special field campaign. Counselling sessions have already been conducted for many: 8 students in Arupukottai, 61 in Kariapatti, 22 in Sivakasi, 103 in Sattur, 10 in Srivilliputhur, 47 in Vembakottai, 97 in Rajapalayam, and 105 in Virudhunagar.

The Collector affirmed that multiple strategies are underway to achieve full school completion and higher education enrollment across all panchayat unions in the district.
