Calangute Police took swift action after a video showing passengers performing a dangerous stunt on a moving vehicle went viral on social media, raising serious concerns over public safety on busy roads in North Goa.
Following the circulation of the clip, personnel from Calangute Police Station traced and intercepted the vehicle involved. Legal action was initiated against the driver for rash and unsafe driving under the relevant provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act, police officials said.
