Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala’s famed Guruvayur Sree Krishna temple will witness 328 weddings on September 8, setting a new record. The temple previously hosted 277 marriages in a single day in 2017.
To manage the rush, additional mandapams will be arranged, and each wedding will have a maximum of 20 attendees, according to temple authorities.

The high number is due to the day being considered especially auspicious for marriages.
