A 35-year-old homemaker from Borivali foiled a scam attempt after receiving a call about her Aadhaar card being misused. The scammer, posing as a TRAI official, threatened her with legal action. After providing her Aadhaar details, she grew suspicious and confronted the scammer, challenging him to meet her in person. The Dahisar police registered an FIR after she reported concerns about potential misuse of her personal information.
