A tragic road accident in North Goa has claimed the life of a young hotel employee after a speeding luxury car allegedly rammed into a motorcycle in the Dona Paula area.
The deceased, a 23-year-old woman working at a five-star hotel, died on the spot, while her male colleague sustained serious injuries and is undergoing treatment.
Accused arrested
Police have arrested Darius Dias (22), who is reportedly the son of a businessman, in connection with the incident that occurred on Sunday night.
According to officials, the car was being driven at high speed when it collided with the motorcycle carrying the two employees.
