KOCHI: The Kerala High Court on Tuesday granted bail to 17 members of the Popular Front of India (PFI) accused in the 2022 murder case of RSS leader Srinivasan in Kerala’s Palakkad district.
The accused individuals are also facing trial for allegedly inciting communal riots in various parts of the country, including Kerala.
A division bench comprising Justices A. Jayashankaran Nambiar and Shyam Kumar VM upheld the National Investigation Agency (NIA) special court’s judgment by denying release to nine other PFI members accused in the cases.
