New Delhi, Aug 22: A shocking video has gone viral on social media showing a young man attempting a dangerous stunt to shoot a reel — only to suffer a painful fall.
The clip, shared by the handle @Ldphobiawatch on X (formerly Twitter), shows the man climbing onto a flyover and waiting at the edge for a trolley van to pass underneath. His plan was to leap onto the moving vehicle for a “filmy” landing.
However, misjudging the timing by a couple of seconds, he missed the vehicle and crashed directly onto the street, crying out in pain. The clip has since triggered widespread criticism of the growing trend of reckless stunts for social media attention.
The caption accompanying the viral post read:
“He thought that as soon as the garbage truck appeared below, he would jump onto it and the reel would go viral. Now this gentleman will never even think about making a reel again in his life.”

This isn’t the first time such dangerous stunts have been caught on camera. Recently, a video from Jharkhand’s Lalmatia-Farakka MGR railway line surfaced, showing minors as young as 13 stealing coal from a moving goods train. The children were seen balancing sacks on their backs while jumping between bogies, risking their lives in a scene reminiscent of Bollywood films.
